Water tight?
1) For those of you that have the speaker lids, are they waterproof around the speakers themselves?
2) if they're not, has anyone ever tried to spray them with Rustoleum's "Neverwet"? That stuff looks amazing but I have no experience with it. Just curious if it'd work...

Thank you, I know it sounded silly to those that may have known that, but I didn't know if they were waterproof of not. Sometimes there isn't anywhere to hide from the rain and I wasn't sure if the water would leak into the bags or not.

The tweeter on the biketronics is bridged, so the woofer is a solid dish of water resistant material. The hogtunes lids also come with a thick rubber gasket that the biketronics speaker use to seal the speaker to the lid.

also you have the Rockford T1692 speaker that has a bridged tweeter. Haven't fooled with them personally but have heard them in a setup.. They sound pretty good with some decent power behind them
