Thought it was a simple plug and play. Well.....I need help with opening connector s to add pins from New harness. Most of the instructions say * refer to service manual. Just not my bag. If anyone can help . I'd like to send you my #. Thank you.
Alright, it comes down to two pins. One yellow/orange one yellow/brown. It's a separate lead coming off the main amp harness. Everything else is accounted for.
Bike is a 2012 street glide. Any help or ideas will put this thing to rest. Thanks!
looking at the directions, the service manual wiring diagram jogged my memory a little.
that 6 pin connector is actually attached to the fairing bracket on the bike. Unplug it, plug one end into the 35pin connector harness, plug the other end into the 23 pin connector harness going into amp.
There is no two wire lead to connect 4 & 5 with? Maybe I could cut the sleeve back on the radio harness? Could expose the two wire lead off the radio harness.
