Thanks for the feedback brother! Maybe Hat needs to tighten up on the quality control piece. . .

Every manufacturer has product that fails. It worked when it was tested and when it was installed. The difference is a vendor that will stand 100% behind the product they sell. Unlike many other vendors and manufacturers.

I have been a longstanding Biketronics customer since about 2006. I have had items that have failed but everyone one of them was replaced at no cost to me in a timely manner. Typically diagnosed with a phone call and shipped out prior to me shipping the failed items to minimize my down time. I wish that were the case with my motor.

Just to be clear I am ok with having the issue, everything fails once in awhile, & reiterate my extreme happiness with how it was resolved. I can't say enough about BT & wouldn't change a thing. Had a nice ride today (Tunnel of Tree's, among other roads) with both speakers, the 1st since leaving last Saturdy, & am VERY happy with my choice! For a 2 speaker system this thing rocks!!
