I've been following the thread, as I have a similar situation. One thing I'm not clear on - did Biketronics replace your blown speaker (with the lifetime warranty)?

I also have the same problem (right speaker only works on tweeter).
I have contact Biketronics 1 month ago, they said they would replace the speaker and only pay shipping (i live in Italy).
I confirmed the payment method ...... and I have no news from them.
I contact again 2 days ago and....no news.
Never buy more from them, now I've changed my brand and I took a pair of Infinity kappa 62.11i thanks to the precious advice of UltraNutZ

Interesting to hear as I experienced the outstanding customer service BT is known for. Blown Pro while in middle of road trip and they expressed shipped a replacement to the hotel I was going to be at 2 nights later. Replaced in parking lot & rocked the rest of vaca! Understand the frustration but I would recommend contacting Bill there and give him the chance to make it right.
