in Short... another Amp...sigh.... thanks... Back to the Drawing board...
Kenwood head unit
two pairs of kappa 62.11i - powered by 1st TN4.900d soundstream
two pairs of Pioneer TS-D6902R - Powered by 2nd tn4.900D
one pair of rokker tweeters - powered by speaker leads from head unit
Thats 1500 watts of power (not including the tweeters) which is more than enough to hear loud and clear....even above 90 mph.
@ GP.... I def will look into another amp or reduce the number of speakers... (actually have BT Amp) 2184 or something like that.... I want to be able to control the gain and settings.. that was the reason for switching amps

Thank you all for the insight....
If you have the BT 2180. . You're golden! But I hear you on the gains. I have those same reservations.
Still on Vacation but... CA4-1600D will NOT cut it. I had one here when I tested the RZ2000 and did not even bother opening the bag and do a bench test...
can recall a 1 x 25A fuse...
Ok off topic. But have a question has anyone tryed hogtunes tweeter pods with 7.1 bt. The reason I ask I have blew 3 speakers 7.1 and not shure if this could be the problem. My brother put the tweeter pod in after I did and he has blowen 1 speaker. Any advice would help

don't see how a tweeter pod would cause this unless it's shorted but then I think it would damage the amp (or send it into protect mode) long before damaging another speaker that it's connected to.
On the other hand, with both the 6.5 and the 7.1 I couldn't possibly imagine needing additional tweeters.. Those things will make your ears bleed. just my .02
I should have wrote this better . I only have 2 7.1 in the bike but I am on my second set bt finely gave me a deal on the pros so I have them in the bike now . Just dont want to mess them up 2 just need ideas of what I am doing wrong.

amp?
head unit?
any other speakers?
what bike?
All I ever see is BT and Polk speakers blowing. And I see the 4180 amp has no adjustments. How can you guys continue as if this is not a problem? Especially with the speakers. I tell you what...i'd be pissed if I spent my precious time wiring up and installing speakers and such or paying someone to do it only to turn around and have the speaker blow...not just once either. I would be EXTRA pissed if I spent all that damn money on the BT stuff only for it to fail. I have definitely over powered my kappas and those things are still going strong and they are at least HALF the price of the BT speakers. What gives??? I know there's a lifetime warranty but damn, what good is it if you gotta keep using the warranty?? Im starting to get doubts about the BT products based on what im reading here. Am I alone in my logic???

Polk for years, I ran with never an issue and there are still plenty of people running them with no issues. BT speakers (HAT) are probably one of the best speakers made. There is a TON more factors involved in each and every one of these cases than is usually presented here.
Over-powering a speaker will likely never blow it. What will blow it faster than anything is distortion which usually results from lack of power (which means your volume level at the source has to be turned higher), lack of proper gain adjustment, EQ settings on a source.
Lots of folks don't even think about this but once you have your bass/treble or eq set the way you like it on the head unit and your gains set on your amp, if you pipe a Bluetooth device or a plugged in device through it like an iPhone, iPod, Android, etc. that has it's own eq settings manipulated, then all your settings go out the window.
