New rules in Saskatchewan for riders
My little brother texted me about some new rules for motorcycle riders in the graduated licence.

one of the ones i really noticed was the new equipment required
-Have arms and legs covered, wear hand-covering gloves, ankle covering boots and an approved 3/4, modular or full-face helmet
-Display placard on motorcycle plate )red "L" for Learners and green "N" for Novice 1 and 2)
