2001 883 cold start issue
Hi I have a 2001 883 that had been sitting for at least 3 years. Cranked over wouldn't start when I picked it up. I flushed the tank out and filled it with fresh gas. Went through the carb and cleaned it out replaced worn or damaged parts and put it back together. It still doesn't start but only when cold. Give it a shot of either and it will fire right up. Once it's running and warm it runs fine. Pull the enrichment cable out and the RPMs go up as they should so I can assume that is working fine. I don't really know what's next. Thoughts?
