Default What Year?

Me sitting on a buddy of mines Harley.
I believe it's a 175, 2 stroke.
Any idea what year it is anyone?

I agree with the above, it appears to be a 1953 Model ST 165 which is the first year of the 165cc engine. The finned cover over the carburetor was unique to the 165 engine. That gas tank decal was used on both the 1953 & 1954 Model ST 165's but a 1954 model additionally would have had the gold 50th Anniversary medallion on the front fender. It looks to be restored very nicely but it does have the wrong header pipe, it should have had the style pictured above in Y2K's response.
