Good Afternoon Brothers!!!

I have searched this forum up and down as I am a true believer in searching for an answer before you start some new thread but cannot find an answer to save my life.

I am recently a new owner of a custom bike with a 110 Ultima and S&S Shorty G carb. I am having issues trying to find a cone/spike air filter set up as this bike didn't come with a air intake? From my searching I need to buy one with the 2 vents that come off the side of the mounting bracket...

Any help would be appreciated or model that I can compare this too.
