First thing, does the frame VIN match the title? More than a few people assemble bikes from parts and ignore that out of ignorance then sell their mistake to the next guy. Title passes with frame on post-1970 Harleys. Anyone telling you otherwise is mistaken or lying.
IIRC Sundance built frames in the 2000s but disappeared. It's just another custom HD, so offer less than you would for a stocker.
You can check the engine VIN to see what year it's from.
I know this thread is old but I am searching for the same thing. The only thing I have been able to confirm at this point was they made good frames and it was about as good as it got for OEM parts installation on an aftermarket frame. I am trying to confirm this though because I too have a superglide frame 91-95 by Sundance and want to start a build but want to make sure Im not going to run into parts issues.
What parts issues could you logically run into with a custom frame? Think about what frames do. If it's a swingarm frame (specifics matter) and needs a swingarm then you can measure it where the swingarm mounts and check Ebay pics of any parts you're considering using.
What parts do you actually have? (Photos, not a list. It's hard to read minds over the internet.)
Since it's a custom I'd expect to do some work to make it as you prefer, like welding tabs, brackets and bungs for whatever you wish to mount that's not stock. I suggest posting clear photos of your frame. Check your messages.

First you must make sure you can title it in your state before you spend a dime on it. And do not rely on the internet telling you how to do it check with your state.
@monckywrench
basic parts are my train of though. Its a bare bones frame, happened to have a swing arm on it. My interest is if neck bearings and things like that will fit as needed, a caliper will tell me that also though, just wondering if anyone knew anything helpful from experience before I invest time in this frame. A grinder and welder can make anything fit
@smitty
i can title it in my state. I have every piece of paperwork for it to do so. Not worrying about that part.
Can anyone tell me anything about Sundance frames? I found a Sundance frame Super Glide Dyna. I vanca find anything on information about the company.
You need to post a picture of the frame for better information to be provided by us. So we can see specifically. No offense but if you are asking this question...., you don't have a lot of experience. This is not meant to be a insult. It just means instead of you giving us a lack of info..., we can give you very detailed and specific answers if I see what you're working with
