That constant tension clamp looks like the older GM design clamps made for automotive use. I like to use the modern fuel injection band clamps for my fuel lines.
Thanks for the fuel injection clamp idea. They seem to be superior to the standard hose clamp and they are made for high vibration. Perfect.
Is it just a stupid design of that clamped 1/4” fuel line connecting the two gas tanks halves, hanging just above the front head and actually touching it, with a serious risk of catching fire if there is a leak?...
Or is there any wisdom here, that I just don’t see?...
is it really OK to leave it like that?...
Holy ****! .......... `Doesn`t look like a 90* fitting coming from that tank to me. There`s obvious strain on the rubber line high and to the right as though it came off a short and straight barb fitting from the tank. Also, the rubber line points more downward that it would if it were attached to a 90* fitting.

I have done the research and found the following: The frame is made by "Hurrican Customs"/ Trans Global trading Inc. in Florida.
The tank is custom too.
I will move the tank 2-3" forward, to get more space for the seat.
I will send you some pics shortly.
