Here's what I have:
shovelhead with S$S 96" sidewinder kit.
Delcron case
2" belted primarily
The oil return for the heads is external, currently piped into the inspection window on the case.
the problem is there is a constant supply of oil vapor exhausting from the crankcase breather which I have mounted to the rear motor mount just behind the inner primary.
I've been just living with the oil misting onto area around the breather filter, but I'm growing weary of all the oil collecting there.
Any thoughts on why so much oil exhausting?
These are the oil returns
The breather filter is just behind the primary, in front of the shifter.
Thanks in advance

Well it finally occurred to me, the delcron case has an inspection panel at the bottom of the case, and a drain plug!
so I opened the drain and a uppwards of a quarter cup of oil drained out. So MAYBE my ball is leaking.
I couldn't believe it!
could be the problem...
I am by far not an expert on performance shovels. With the drain on the Delkron cases, I'd expect some oil there. Shovels still have scoop the oil up with the flywheels and blow it through the breather valve.. Personally I'd remove the breather filter and move it down to the right and away from the rear tire.. Filters catch the mist and oil dribbles out.. Had an SnS 88 ci evo motor that would drip from the filter. After removing, no issues. My 113 evo (xzotic pans) always bled enough to mark it's spot.. It got a catch for the oil.
