With the Oregano sticker it should have been registered.. I assume you have papers. If so, you should know when it was built. That will help with knowing the parts that were selected to build this bike. The papers should include the brand. If no brand then is special construction. It could be a kit bike, like and MIDUSA, Drag, Bikers choice or Custom Chrome. This bike is definitely not a Big Dog. They used SnS motors and the one you have does not have SnS cases. The rocker covers do look SnS.
The bike has Evo style aftermarket motor. It's helpful to find any markings on it along with the Carburetor (looks like SnS), transmission, ignition system. One thing you can do is pull the right ignition cover on the motor and see what type of ignition it has. Wiring is wiring.. There are a lot of custom diagrams online. Pick one that works for you that has the parts closest to what you have.
The motor looks like a 113 or larger aftermarket as the cases look to have a raised deck. It may have been custom built..

If that's a RevTec engine I wouldn't put a dime into it period.
