What is the step by step procedure for replacing front push rod seal on the front lifter block on a S&\\;S 93 inch shovelhead? What is the right way to take off the push rod covers?

you ahve to take off the rocker boxes and remove the push rods... it is not somehting to type out... you will need a service manual so you get all the torque specs correct

I believe you can take the pushrod tube clips off,back the adjusters off enough to get the pushrod off lifter.Readjusting the lifters is easy.Pick up a manual if you do not already have one,you will be glad you did.

 \\; \\; Thanks for the info, last night I took the push tube clip off and raised the bottom tube enough
 \\;to get the seal back in place, it blew out because there was not enough venting back into the oil tank,took it for a ride and the same old seal held up.
