buy a harley frame with a clean title, cut the head tube with the VIN numbvers off and weld it on your new frame.
My rigid is a Sporty frame that the back half was chopped off and a rigid tail welded on. Has a clean Harley title.
Easy deal for a welder that knows how to TIG weld.
