I had scrapped up my original headlight so I went to take a look at it. Its pretty much as Olsen said. On my original headlight there is only one screw. It is an Adjure headlight.
Adjure

Use a tiny 1/16 Allen Wrench, remove the screw at the bottom.

Turn the inside ring counter clockwise with tips of fingers using two hands placed at 3 and 9 clock positions, you may need to apply a slight pressure inward to compress the pressure ring while turning it. Once it stops turning, you should be able to remove the ring.

Pull out the light assembly.

Release the metal clip that holds the bulb in place from under the catch.

The bulb is an H4 9003, 60/55W - Remember not to touch the new bulb with your bare hands, Ive heard the oils reduce the life of the bulb. Not sure if that is true but cant hurt.

Just do in reverse to get it all back on. Hope this helps, Keep in touch, since there aren't very many of us talking about TMCC. Good Luck!

I have the same exhaust, sounds decent. You know, I always wanted to change them for the big radius and then I saw to many choppers with them so I held back. Then I saw a set called medusa by martin brothers and man, I wanted those. Never got around to it, and now I'm totally good with my exhaust. Especially since I put on a Power commander V and had it dyno tuned. I saw that everyone that did that, they told them to get 2:1 exhaust for the best results. So I'm over it. I'm going to look up that bag, it looks good. Mine is getting a bit weathered. How does your bag attach?

Cool, thanks. About the back rest /rack. I haven't used it too much since my wife is always with me when I ride. The few times I ride with it, I have liked it. One day I will use it on a long ride, it should really help then. I lucked out and found it on Craigslist for 250.
