I was looking into getting some replacement lenses for the tail lights and turn signals. I found some that look like a match, but I would like to know if anyone knows the actual manufacturer and model for what was installed by TMCC? Yep, it's for my 05 Blackhawk 240.
Be it so called custom bikes sidecars even some trike . They often used low cost side marker/ Turn signal lights. They were Cheap is why they used them. Often no name or numbers even on them.
Bike master is a good place to search . You will likely look through a lot of pictures. I have a set of odd ball ones on a sidecar and found them there.
When you find one that looks right click on it and spec will give you measurements
OP does not really understand. Bike of that type and era were assembled from what ever parts they could find. Priority was cheap.
The main focus was to catch the eye of someone willing to hand over big cash for a cool chopper/custom bike.
Often you can find parts but it requires searching and comparing.
They like parts that had no manufacture ID so you had to come to them to buy replacement parts.
2006 I dam near fell for an iron Horse Outlaw. Called wife and told her i was riding home not flying.
Then I rode the dam thing and left it in KY flew home.
You are going to have to put some effort into this, take some pics and post them so people can help.
Gee, ya think???

True enough for most of the clone bikes. Thunder Mountain used primarily Harley factory parts. Engine, primary, wiring harness, switches and electronics were HD factory. Things like the frames, seats, handlebars were "custom." A buddy of mine has one and the headlight is a Headwinds or something like that but the taillight and signals are factory.
I know there hasn’t been much activity in this thread for a while, but I just picked up this 2005 Baditude with 900 miles on it (it apparently spent most of its life as art in someone’s man cave). Anyhow, I think it’s pretty damn cool, so I thought I would post up a picture in case there are still any TMCC enthusiast out there. I am looking forward to bringing this thing back to life and getting it back on the road where it belongs. I have been lurking around researching as much info as I can on these things; I know the company closed somewhere around 2009, but I am surprised how little information is available on them given they were built during the digital information age. I have been looking to no avail for an owner’s manual or preferably a shop manual that would indicate the Harley part numbers that were used for the components on these bikes. I find it surprising that none of the documentation seemed to survive the closing of the company and made its way to the secondhand market.
