looks good. Can tou give me some advise? I'm a first time builder and thinking about building the fat bastard 250 (more or less). still undecided on the frame, but I want 250 tire and 38 rake. Ultima seems decently priced. I want to start with just the frame and front end for now, then set up the tranny and rear tire. ???????
Sounds like a good start. What kind of advice are you looking for?

How is your 127 holding up? any problems? I have a fxr with the 127 new ( 10 miles on it) it just wants to go runs ruff down low and then the power slams in, like you had better be ready. is yours similar? Thanks

It's one of the easiest starting best running engines I have ever had. Doesn't run rough at low RPM's, but I do have a little stumble when I go full throttle just until it catches up. I just need to dial in the carb. Lots of torque and power. When its fullen broken in, it's going to have even more power. So far it's great!
Holy ****, I'm surprised this thread is still here. Well since it is, here is an updated picture of my bike, I went with a Meanstreet 63mm black inverted front end.
