Thanks for the great comments. Having built one I have a lot of respect for the talent it takes to build quality bikes fast enough to make a living. I know I would starve and thankful for my day job. Thanks again for the comments.
Nice job very sharp build.
Excellent thread as well I am looking at rewirring my custom, used a sporty harness when built and lets just say it is starting to show its age. I. Have also been looking at a new seat, the rigid is starting to rock my bones. Keep us in the loop.
Cheers
sir, that bike is beutiful! Digging that fat frame and that 2in1.
question, is that motor a shovel/evo/tc hybrid? thats what im attempting to build now. those iron jugs look incredibly awesome!
nother question, im shooting for a 3 or a 2.5 open primary. Hows the noise that come from it, my uncs suicide shovel has that open rattle, kinda throws off the jug slapping but it looks too cool and is weighs alot less than the wet primarys on the special constructions me and dad has built. im trying to trade a nice buck knife for a sprocket/rotor, looks like its totally worth it

Thanks for the great comments Kushman and Rockwool.
Regarding the questions, it's a TC built on S&S cases with Evo mounts. I can't take credit for the black jugs, as I picked the motor up like that. I do like the vintage look, and for me having a TC was a bonus. The primary adds a little noise but not a big deal in my opinion. The Ultima primary with the drag bar is not exactly light weight and it likely out weights a stock wet primary. Lots of billet aluminum. The sprocket/rotor for me was a no brainer as I wanted to keep the right side of the rear wheel clean. I was happy with the result.
Good luck with your build and look forward to seeing the pictures.
Absolutely gorgeous motorcycle!! It flows very well, and the Indian headlamp is a great touch to your project. I saved one of your photos in my motorcycle folder. I think I am nearing fifty favorites . . .
Thanks for the comments and honored to be in your collection. I keep a folder of bikes myself and this build was in part inspired by some of the bikes.
