elect. start install
Hi, riders,
I am trying to put an older custom shovel together after many years. I would like to add electric start, but every shop is making it such a hugh deal. Why can't I get a plate like on all these new 3" drives and add a starter? Can someone explain why it has to be so tough? I have a rigid, late 78 shovel and trans, kegger oil tank and ??.Couldsend photo if that helps. Please! Too small and old to kick this any more. I look forward to guidance on this. thank you!!!

p.s. Forgot to mention...It also has a 1.5" open belt primary primo drive.
