I've been using Dry Wash for years. I use it on all of mycars, RV and bike. It's great stuff. You can actually put it on on top of dirt and it won't scratch. It doesn't yellow after time like some waxes.
I used it one time on my Corvette and it made a mess out of the paint - took a lot of rubbing to get rid of the small swirls that it made. However, I have heard many success stories from others. I do not know why my experience was so poor.
I've purchased the large dealer kit that has a nice assortment of products. They all seem to work very well. A bit pricey but anything really good usually is.
Azflhx, are you sure you were using the right product? They have a product designed to remove severe scratches which will leave light scratches as it is abrasive. I've used it to repair a few of my helmets that have gotten scratched. The wash n gaurd product does not have anything abrasive in it.

I know for sure it is this product I was using. There wassome duston the car when I used it, and my Dad (who provided the product, since he liked it so much) said the dust was not an issue, to go ahead and use it. But, it seems the overwhelming majority of the people who have used this product haven't had an issue.
