Default No thank you on the complimentary wash :)

My guys are great with my bike at my local home dealership, and I never want to insult anyone, but I always let them know..

"i appreciate the wash, but i enjoy doing it so much, you'd rob me of one of the chance to do something i really enjoy"

i just don't knw what happens in the wash bay, but I'm pretty sure it involves s100, a cloth of unknown composition or origin, and a generous slather of Harley Gloss

Well at my local dealership’s all the service bikes sit outside rain or shine until the tech is actually working on it so I’d expect some sort of cleaning done once the work is completed but if your not picking it back up quickly it goes back outside during business hours. They also test ride them rain or shine too.

let em leave it dirty....you'll wash it so much more carefully.....they're cavemen I tell you, I once saw an HD tech using a hammer and chisel to remove mud from a fender....ok...it was a wash mit....but it was grey colored, like it was made of metal

I get it though, some don't keep em in a barn where they belong, my audio installer gave me my bike covered in water spots, oh well....sounded great, but covered in dirt, dust, and streaks when I got it

At the dealership, where has that wash kit landed or been laying? On the garage floor? If it hits the floor I'm sure they clean it out. (Sarcasm) I'm with you Buzz, I will do my own. But wait, I never take mine to the dealer.
