Only clay the paint if it needs it. Clay is an abrasive and it can/will mar the paint

Dawn will only remove wax that’s on it absolute last leg, still not guaranteed.

With the price of maxl and f1, a true ceramic coating could have been used. But that’s personal preference

Guess I was mislead by so many on here that says that's what they do.

It seemed to work OK. Paint looks fine on the old 04 setting in the garage.

Sometimes it's hard to interpret fact from fiction on here.

Going to find out..maybe

AI
+7 Yes, many motorcycle riders and car owners—particularly in classic car circles—use Lemon Pledge furniture polish as an alternative to specialized wax. It is widely used for cleaning, polishing, and protecting paint, chrome, plastic, and windshield

You do you. Your track record on this form speaks for itself.
I have threads here with customers vehicles I’ve done. The pictures speak for themselves

I am not running a business. I also don't polish it to show room perfection cause I am riding it the next day. I think that's the point you are missing.

The other point is just to say it is done. It's not made up. This topic really bothers you.

I think Lemon Pledge has become an inside joke to those who actually do professional detailing, (snicker). Almost like the inside joke of vehicle batteries lasting 25 years. Commercial application is different as those are able to be rebuilt.

And the point is most of us are not doing professional washing of vehicles. Most of us are hopefully using ours

Lots of threads on this forum and others about normal people with bikes they ride using it. Not like it's going to explode

Not sure why that guy posted the link to industrial batteries that last 20 years.

But none of us care. The people using pledge are not asking your opinion on how to get perfect results

Nobody cares.
