get a little can of goof off (seems to work better that goo gone) and put a little on a rag. wipe it on the surface, and all the glue will be gone. be careful of painted surfaces and plastic with this. it works great on chrome. my .02

I used Denatured Alcahol on the same sticker, I'm going after the one on the front fork tube next.

WD-40 and tooth paste, then stickit in the sink and clean residue with dishwashing liquid

Naptha. Go get a big bottle of lighter fluid. It works fast and easy on sticker residue. Also great on removing road tar from anythnig. Will not harm paint. I do clean paint with soap and water after i use the lighter fluid then wax.
