Default WD-40 on Chrome?

It seems to remove bugs and dirt very easily from my softail but is it safe to use on the bike? I had some hard to remove dirt and tar that came off in no time with it, but wanted to check with you guys before using on the rest of the bike.

it wont hurt the chrome. And, if your chrome is rust pitted, an SOS pad with wd40 will
do a really great job minimizing those spots.

Wd-40 a great product with a 1,001 uses..the "Old Folks" spray it on their joints around here for Arthritis..Sine it has some fish oil in it it has been Banned from fishing Tournaments, guys were spraying the lures with it to act as an attractant ..But I would stick to using it on your bike and you will be fine..
