I have a 83 XLX61 Ironhead Sportster. The battery leaked acid on the primary case and took the coating off and possibly eteched the aluminum. I dont want to polish or chrome the case. I like the natural satin finish. Any advise on how I can get the look back? Maybe not a fine polish using wet/dry sand paper? Or???? Im open to suggestions.....
