I used some Borax power soap on a rag and it made them look the best they've looked in a long time will try SOS pads dipped in Borax sounds like a winning combination.

Westly's Bleach White. It has been around since the beginning of white walls. It contains a couple different kinds of silicates so you must wear eye protection, gloves, don't breath it or get on your skin.

Spray on wait flush of. Brilliant white walls.

I agree with the SOS pads. I just put new WW on my heritage about a month ago. During this time I was working on the bike and the tires became very dirty with oil and grease and whatever else.

Initially I used Westley's bleach white but it did not clean off the really bad stains. After I returned from a 1300 mile trip I tried the SOS pads.

They worked great! The ones I used already had soap in them. I just wet them and then scrubbed away. WWs are now white.

Soft scrub without bleach works good also.

Westley's Bleche White when I wash the bike. In between washes, I use Scrubbing Bubbles foaming bathroom cleaner. Spray it on the wheels and wipe off with with a microfiber towel.

I clean mine every two-three days, up on the life she goes, clean the white walls and polish the rims. Not that hard.
Every two-three days!???!!! I ride it at least three days a week to work and on the weekends try and do a few hundred miles on either a Saturday or Sunday. I'd rather ride it than spend all my time cleaning it.

All good suggestions for cleaning but installing Lyndall brake pads will help keep them from getting dirty to begin with.

I have no problem with you guys using SOS pads .
I'm a believer its the only easy n cheep way to get WW's done right .
But , Can anyone say BRILLO
I think its more traditional way of going about it

A little general purpace cleaner sprayed on and then a light scrub with a BBQ brush then rinse off, have been doing this in the shop for years, works great and is fast.
