Very cool. I don't wish I was still in Cali but certainly wish I had black plates for my black bike and black Vette. License plates colors have always been the sore spot on any custom done car or bike.

 

Last year of black plate issuance in Ca was 1969.

 

I considered doing same but decided the std reflective white plate would give a bit better visibility at night. Black plate definitely would look cool though....

#4 & #5 for the win.

I can add a #6 for that guy but I won't. Those plates would be sick on a black bike

i jumped in about a month ago. waiting on my plate now. dmv already cashed my check. i really hope it arrives sooner because i'm riding without a plate right now.
