switchback saddle bag lids
Does anyone else have problems with the saddlebag lids on their Dyna Switchback constantly popping open even when locked?
Seems to have gotten worse and have no idea how to correct. Even when locked they pop up opening the bag to rain

you are not catching the back latch properly.
hook the back side pull towards outside of bike and then pull up
if hooked correctly it wont pull up and then you can latch the bag
if it pops up then you have missed the back side latch and need to try again
it is tricky BUT once you have it down it is second nature

what he said ^^^but 1 more thing to add , if you bent the back catches it will also cause problems . I had to pull bags off roadking other day and straighten catches on back of bag

I thought there were problems with mine at first, until I realized there is a "trick" to closing them properly.
Once you figure it out, no problems!
