2007 Dyna - brake lights won't turn off. Got the black box for run/turn/brake on it. Front T/S work. Rear T/S won't flash. Rear tail & T/S light full ON. Remove rear light black box - front T/S very dim and slow, rear all 3 brake lights on. Plug back into rear light circuit. Remove rear brake switch - brake light on. Remove front brake switch - Still on. No problem cutting a wire to the front switch, I have to replace it anyway because the rubber boot is ripped and it sticks. Checked harness - chewed up.
Dyna Riders - the main harness from the seat junction to the tail light is in a rubberized conduit, glued to the top center of the rear fender. If you have lowered your bike you stand a risk of destroying the harness. The best solution is replace the complete harness and re-route it to the inner right side of the fender.
