Default fork bushing "play"

i just put my 1996 dyna forks back together "39mm". i took them apart to change seals and changed the upper and lower bushings. one of the forks has a little play in the upper bushing. i checked and the new ones have the same part number stamped into them as the old ones. is this ok-normal? i proceeded to put the fork seal in anyways and that took out most of the play but if i really concantrate on it with one hand holding the tube and one hand holding the slider if i wiggle the tube i can still feel a little play. this is with out springs and oil installed yet.

Don't know about the 33mm. I have Wide Glide forks and it does not wiggle. Maybe with the oil and springs it will tighten up.
