There a lot of places that can do a good tune. HD dealers uses generic maps. A dyno tune will solve your problem if you have double checked all connections for leaks.
We are using the V&H big radius 2 into 2 and love it but it is loud.
Decel popping is normal with aftermarket pipes and the stock tune. So is running hot and lean.
Normal isn't necessarily good. To fix both situations, you need a tuner and a map. You can do it on your own with a Power Vision. If you buy from Fuelmoto, you'll get awesome support and help tweaking your map.
Harley should have gave a cable with the tuner as it be the proper thing to do. But you need to remember you are talking harley and they want your money so you need to buy that stuff. I have the power vision aswell because they dont play them silly games you get every thing in there kit. However that being said i am sure you could work out the decel problem with your tuner after you buy the cable.
