Default V&H Big Radius 2 into 1

I recently had the local dealership do a stage one upgrade to my Street Bob and installed V&H Big Radius 2 into 1 pipes. Also I had the Screaming Eagle street tuner added. I love the look, and I love the sound when I am accelerating but when down shifting or when I let off the throttle there is a lot of popping. A friend who has a 2-1 pipe says that is normal for this type of pipe. I guess I'm looking for some more feedback. Is this normal or does some fine tuning need to be done. Thanks in advance.

I did too on mine even with the HD tune. Than I added a Dynojet Power Vision; and the popping is gone. Plus lost ten pounds and my hair is thicker. Actually it is true the popping did go away, I wish on the other.

Thanks for the response. Not sure I'm ready to drop another 4 or 5 hundred into the bike at this time. I'm hoping there may be another option.

Do you think the dealership would be able to get a different map for the street tuner or are they limited?

Also if I had the cable to hook the tuner to the bike should I be able to do this at my home or would I be better off letting the dealership handle it?

So I could go to one of the site like 1plumber1 suggested and download a map and not have to take it to the shop?

Do you think the cable should have been provided by the dealership or thats something I needed to purchase separately.
