'07 FXD. 36K, just replaced rear brakes pads and rotor (it seemed to be warped some). Lots of mods, but no other issues--well, it doesn't like to run when it's over 104 degrees ambient, but then neither do I...
Bought my '09 in '12 with 4700 miles on it. Rebuilt the motor to a cammed 103" at 7500. I'm at 15700 now. Wish I lived in a state that had more than a 5 month riding season.
My dad has a 1990 FXR all original with 90k+ miles. The things I know he has done is the upper rocker gaskets at like 60k, stator, coil and I think that's about it. He did add cams within the first year he bought it new. Right now the lower jug gasket has some seepage that he's going to tackle someday. He even still has the original drive belt. he did have a short in the wiring from rubbing, so he just replaced the wiring harness a couple years ago. Oh and he's ran Dino oil its whole life.
I have 20k on my 08 street bob, I bought new with 24 miles on her. The fuel pump needed to be replaced two weeks after I bought it at only 1000 miles, but nothing else since.
Here's back in 2011. Our first father son ride on our own bikes.
Bought my '13 Fat Bob July last year. As of yesterday, she's sitting pretty with 8,248 miles. Had 11 when I bought it. I've loved every single mile too!! Seems to run better and better the more miles I put on it.
