Friends 2014 Fat Bob problem
I have a friend/co-worker that has a new 2014 Fat Bob with V&H Big Radius pipes, SE intake and the HD SE Tune. Yesterday while out riding, he got the red dash light for the alarm system and his bike would cut out on him when he would stop, had some smokie intake starts and the problem would happen again. Any idea's of what he should look for? I told him to take it to the dealer for the warranty work and thats more than likely what he will do, I was just seeking some knowledge on this, if any, to help him out.

I would start by seeing if the bike threw any codes. Then I would look at all battery and ground cables and fuses. Since the pipes were changed, look at the O2 sensor connections, might have one that got loose. In general, look at everything. If it's nothing obvious, then like you said, back to the dealer.
