Alright, totally stumped. I have a 2005 FXDL with a bottom-mount headlight. Got the Ness fairing, no mounts. Fine, going to use HD quick disconnect clamps. HOW THE HELL DO I REPOSITION HEADLIGHT???? Ordered the Ness headlight mount which is supposed to put headlight in correct position, mounting holes are too big for my headlight. Are people using the DK Customs mount? Looks like I need to raise headlight 2 inches and out 2-3 inches...thanks....
I'd just go to a machine shop and have the make you a mounting block with the dimensions and threaded holes that you need. I'd bet it would be cheaper than buying a generically sized one that might still need to be tweaked to fit.

You've got a good point there. The stock mount system for the horizontal adjust relies too much on torque of the bolt/nut given the vibrations be they normal or abnormal.
A simple tweak of a block fab'ed by a guy in a shop could make what should have been OEM in the first place.
I would guess though that would run bottom bid $20, probably more at many really good shops. Most would probably be too busy for such a small job. Then again, what the hell do I know.
