I saw that "ZIPPO201" had my bike and asked him about it he helped me a lot with how to do it and I thanked him. You all are great here.
Zippo said he used 2" because he didn't like the 3" his seat came with. Here are the item on Ebay that I bought

I made my own front bracket to attach it to the bike. I drilled 2 little holes into the frame next to attach. See my gallery for close up pics of the bracket.
I drilled holes on the plate that's welded over the frame and I have to cut a side off on the bolts so they could fit from under the plate. Then I made a cover plate out of sheet metel from Lowes using a manilla folder to get the outline & traced it onto the sheet metal. On the underside of the plate I used 3M thin foam tape made for windows and doors and plastic push snaps to hold the plate. The seat rides good after about 500 miles. I jsut think you butt has to get used to it.
The only thing that is a pain in the *** is the springs. You can attach them to the seat easy but then on to the bike is hard. Fitting the washers over the springs and then getting the nut on the bolt. I used nylon nuts since they usually go on easy until you hit the nylon. Then I used a thin wrench to tighten the bolts. It does take patients and some needle nose plyers and a thin blade screw drive to turn the nut little by little till it threads. You can PM me for more details

As far as the rock guard I cound have bought one powdercoated but I think the vibrations would peel the black off. It was a pain to get to stay.
Bikes looks killer and that seat is badass. What a bober should look like. Now all you need to do is **** can the front fender. lose the rear turn singles and chop rear fender.
