Hey fellas I just purchased a set of used python staggered dual pipes from a guy on Craig's list. He had no mounting hardware brackets or anything. I contacted pythonperformance.com who told me they don't sell or make any mounting hardware but they are made by the manufacturer when pipes are made and don't make any extras.... So they say they can't help me.... I looked on the back of the pipes and it has the same numbers on the mounting tabs as the V& H short shots. And In fact the pipes look identical to the short shots from the front but on the back they are 2 into1 into 2... I know someone somewhere had v&h send a new mounting tab cause theirs broke... So I know they can get the brackets if they try... My question is it hard or expenxise to just have a shop make me a bracket or should I try and get one from V&H. What would u guys do?

 

Can you post a pic of the pipes and mounting areas?

 

I work at a big metal fabrication shop so I know to have a shop make you a one off bracket won't be real cheap. If Python or V&H won't sell you the bracket, your best bet will be to find a local guy that can make you what you need out of his garage.
