Thank you gentlemen for the answers.

Assembly looks good. Is that a graham cracker crust pre-made pie crust you're using for a oil catch

Ok here's a few pics.

Drilled out the drain back holes in the rocker supports to 1/8"

Got the roller rockers on, checked end play and its all good. I want to say .012 but don't quote me

Pushrods are adjusted, I ended up being about 10 flats into the LT lifter

I need to call bandit and get some clarification on the clutch setup. The clutch came with 10 steels and 11 friction disks but says to only use 8 and 9. Using 8 steels and 9 frictions the stack is too low, using everything supplied puts the stack towards the minimum gap between the end of the stack and the teeth on the hub (right where it should be with new disks). I'm thinking the directions are wrong but I need to call and verify that

I called bandit and they sent me the right directions. Great customer service and easy to talk to. Hopefully I can get the clutch dialed in tonight and get the rest of the bike back together. Also I got the map from tts to fire the bike on... Possible fire up this weekend!

I will. I put the oil in, in the method you have on the start up instructions

As far as suede's question, you want no less than .040" valve to valve clearance at tdc lift (overlap).
I agree about the dipstick and timing cover. I think I'm just going to get the newer style dipstick that's black

Haha no it's just the ugliest pie pan I have. I wanted something clean to soak the clutch disks in

Almost there I see.
Man this would be driving me nuts having it in my garage so close to being ready.

I don't think I'd be able to even sleep and probably take a week off to finish it LOL.

Ok so here she sits. This thing came out incredible, I'm super happy with it. I might have to put the ac cover on still being chrome but it'll have to do for now, maybe I'll hit it with some plastidip til I can powder coat it. I'll throw the ac on tomorrow, I need to get some hose for the breather filter
