Progress thus far has been running the wires and mounting the bars (had to drill holes bigger for the cables to come out)....second time I'm swapping bars on this bike and it will be the LAST! On these bikes with the older wiring system it's a F$@king bitch to remove all the pins and make sure you install them the right way. Love the look!
Was Barnett's recommendation based on the the hp/tq you are putting down at the rear wheel? If so, what hp/tq are you making to garner the "short gold" recommendation?
Yes, they asked the hp/tq on my bike and that's what the guy recommended.
Those 6 springs would put me at 348lbs, but if I use 3 of those and 3 of the next stronger springs I will be at 420lbs....I think the SE spring is around 360???
Plus with these aftermarket clutchs you get double+ the contact area, so you can go softer and my numbers aren't that crazy to go crazy hard on the spring.

ya buddy!!!! man i wish you would have told me you could have used my alingment took, tensioner, and mighty vac
Thanks Joe. Good to have for future bikes.
When I did my pulley I made a tool with wire and measured a bunch of times, but it's time for a bit of maintenance on the bike like proper alignment, brake fluid change, lines and great pads.
Last year I installed rear Screamin Eagle pads just because at the last moment I noticed they were really low and I was already back there..... worst crap pads EVER! Stock pads were better than the SE. **** ton of dust and grip sucks.
Can't wait to feel the difference with the Goodrige stainless lines and Lyndall Gold pads.
