The PCIII can do it. CTRL/F3, I think. My dyno tuner bumped mine up to 6200. I'm sure the TFI can too.

Bigmo
are you done with your engine mods? If so just get the Stage 1 chip burn..I've got the same set-up Big sucker and V&H shorties. .Stage 1 did me fine..pulled the plugs after 100 miles and they're perfect...I know alot of guys swear by the PCIII and I run one on my 05 bagger..But I wasn't ready to give up the closed loop feature of my Bobber...PCIII has O2 sensor eliminators that feed a false reading to your ECM.
If you're going to keep going with your engine mods Get a ThunderMax w/ auto tune Its' pricey but its 100% closed loop and will adjust to new mods and no dealership tune time is needed...

so is the download the only way to get the revs moved? without having to go with a PCIII or sert or any of the other expensive tuners?
