Default new pipes

Well they should look new after i get done painting them. Buying some 200 grit sand paper and cleaned them real well. Then going to apply some heat paint. Hopefully they have some sort of gloss type heat paint.

how long would u say id have to wait to run them After being painted?

I would say let the paint set up 24 hours after your last coat. Once they're on and you fire up the bike, the heat will cure it the rest of the way. Just an FYI, it might smoke a little when you run it for the first time. Over time the paint could fade too, from heat cycling.
