Considering that you could have my 06 with all kinds of extras for 12500 right now maybe it's not such a hot deal. Check it out in the classified section https://www.hdforums.com/m_1477104/tm.htmoh, an I'm in Cali too so you wouldn't have to travel too far.

Sorry - "free tires for life" is a scam...It still costs $90 ea. to install and ya gotta run Dunlops...
They also have pre paid maintence programs they sell - most people will never use...(scam)...
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...GET A CYCLE TRADER AND CHECK FOR DEALS ON NEW BIKES....
Make sure you check Van Nuys, Ventura and Santa Maria...$11k cash + tax for 06 if low miles...
PS Try not to buy at Santa Barbara Harley...Sell a guy bike for $53k...offer him $17k next year on trade in...

Watch out for Gary Bangin Atascadero toothey like to add on a bunch of accesseries you didn't ask for and then tell you the bike is for sale as is and you can't take em off and deduct them from the price.Thier prices are fairly competitive though with other dealers in CA. I called around those that would give me a price over the phone were within a couple hundred.

Got a bad feeling about Gary Bang also...Wanted to buy a Bob and they didn't have one - almost bought another dyna but the wouldn't throw in a T SHIRT soI walked off the lot..

i paid 14,200 out the door for my 06 streetbob in 05. the first dealer wanted 15,500 the other wanted almost 16,000.look around at a few dealers first,before purchase.
