Taking a trip from SW Germany to Ireland in the summer and looking for the most comfortable seat that still looks good. Wanting a two-piece seat so I can remove the rear when wife is not on board. Been checking out the Mustang Wide Vintage and Wide Tripper....any suggestions? Bike is a 2013 Wide Glide.
This is the seat that I have on my streetbob and it is the most comfortable seat I've ever had! Having the backrest is amazing. Only downside is the foam will soak up rain. It does come with a rain cover but I usual forget to grab it...
I had a Mustang Wide Vintage Solo with the wide passenger pillion pad for my wife. It was OK. Then I tried the Corbin Dual Tour seat. Will never go back. The most comfortable seat I have ever used. You can pick leather color, thread color and stitch pattern. Check out their web sight. The cost delivered to my door was $513. IMHO it is worth every penny.
