'Thunk' in Front End

'Thunk' in Front End
I understand the features of a floating brake disc, but I wonder how much movement is too much?
My bike has a noise ( thunk ) from the front end, when I compress the forks when the brake is applied. Doesn't seem to happen when the forks are compressed without the brake.
With the bike up on the stand, I can re-create the noise by locking the front brake, and rotating the wheel. I'm able to narrow it down to movement in the rivets on the disc.
Is there a spec for this, or should I just be looking at replacing the disc?

Mine does the same thing. I have looked at everything and had my dealership address the issue as well.. Nothing is abnormal is what I was told. I can't find anything myself.. and it brakes fine and bearings tight at the neck. I don't worry about it. Sounds pretty normal with these bikes as well.
