Congrats and enjoy your new ride...I now know the Dyna is the right bike for me for the type of riding I do.
I NEVER should have traded in my '09 Street Bob for a new '12 Heritage... the Heritage was more comfy to ride, but I lost the fun factor. The weight, handling and acceleration doesn't come close to my new '14 Low Rider.
310 miles is crazy, it blows my mind hardly no one uses their bike to commute, I think I'm the only one in MD, I use mine to commute everyday I can, it's the whole justification for buying it.
The low mileage is what attracted me to the bike. The handling, power and light weight (compared to my Street Glide) is what sealed the deal.
You're right about folks who don't commute on their bike. I never understood this, especially for those with the option to ride instead of drive. But that's cool....ownership has many forms, ya know.
