New to the forum. Sold my 2007 Street Glide in 2012 and have been without a bike since. Decided I really want just a bar hopper this time around. I have owned a Fatboy, Nightrain, Wide Glide and even a sporty.
This time it's going to be a Lowrider, every bike I have owned in the past has been black. Not sure why but this time I am looking at colors, considering the Jade Green or the Black Magic. I am going to put on a black exhaust (Bassani) and go stage II, with highway pegs for now thats it.
Welcome!
Get whatever YOU want. Get out there and ride. Screw "bar hopping", just ride.
If you're one of those "riders" that only rides 14 miles per month (bar to bar to bar), it wouldn't hurt (as much) to get some training. Been without a bike for 3 years? Take a refresher course.
The dealers can definatly do $2,000 off on these bikes...first dealer ai went to would only do 14,299 in black. Then I found one that did 12,250 on a black 15 with no options. I will upgrade to security down the road. Probably just buy a wheel lock for now
Now is your chance to catch a deal before spring. Once March rolls in everything changes
i was a little bummed about doing 7.01% with perfect credit, but thats the rate for 84 months.
If you want 3.99% you gotta do 60 months and that makes for a little higher payment

No way just a bar hopper, living int he Pacific Nortwest we get far too much rain. I will likely put on ablout 5000-8000 miles per year.
I have the amber whiskey, also have saddle bags and rack, use mine for every kind of riding, plan on some longer trips also. also correct on too much rain in the PNW, although we have sure had some good riding weather this February.
