Screamin eagle module install

Greetings, I have installed screaming eagle pipes and air cleaner on my 2005 Dyna Custom, I have just aquired the module to complete the stage 1 install, I need to know procedure and instructions to install myself.

Hope this helps, bought it original in box, no cd that I know of, someone told me that it had to be pluged directly to computer, don't know where. When plugged a set sequence of actions must be taken.
