Default breakdown please help!!!

So im riding down the road on my 2007 harley street bob after just getting it out for the year then out of nowhere it sputters and stalls and when I go to start it again the lights come on then nothing so I try again and not even the lights come on. I tried it again later today and the lights came on for seconds and quickly went off. I had the battery tested and it good does anyone know what this could be? Is it a bad connection? Thanks

Sounds electrical to me. Check connections to make sure no corrosion are on them.

Did you take the battery out to test it? It sounds like a poor connection on the battery cables, (check both ends).

If someone took the cables off to test the batt. then that's your most likely cause.

Sounds like the battery tester might need testing...

Yea I pulled the battery out and had it tested. Looked at the cables no frays or corrosion. Im charging the battery over night. I've heard that if the cables aren't on just right that can cause issues but iv never had this difficulty before.

My money is on cables too. If not take a closer look at the battery. I've had a few cage batteries with a bad cell, that on some testers would show good.

I have seen cables that looked fine on the outside, be broken or partially broken on the inside. Had a customer's Sporty that had the negative cable, although it looked good from the outside, was broken internally by the lug on the end.

Use a wire brush and clean the posts and connectors..
