Looks like you have the new V2 bags from us. We raised the bags slightly to make more room for the double heat shield, and we carved a little out of the molds where those signals go, but we obviously didn't carve out enough. The plastic needs to be heated up with a heat gun until it just starts to soften, then you can push in the area that is a problem. You can see how one guy did it on a Fat Bob that had a similar problem on post #2 of this thread:
If you are comfortable doing that, go ahead, just don't try to heat the plastic up too fast. If you are not comfortable doing it, just send them back to us and we will alter them for you at no charge. We will carve more out of the molds for future orders that have that turn signal relo kit and hopefully take care of the problem.
Keep ridin'
Garry
Thanks so much Garry I'm willing to give it a shot. I assume I'd want to heat and then push in the bag toward the front of the bike and not out toward the face of the bags because then i'd have a "lip" folding out right?
I have the longer standoff (thanks mchad) but I still have to put the rear "c" clamp on first when mounting my leatherpro's
Have you tried that after you mounted the turn signal standoff ?

ya i can't fully get it onto the mounting "C" stud if I fully bolt down the turn signal.
